The homemade energy bars that you are going to read about below are A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. Wondering why I love them so much and invite you to make them? They are so easy to make, so delicious, and most importantly, so healthy!

I love having snacks, whether it is a snack on the go or something with my afternoon tea or coffee. The homemade energy bars are easy to make and they are a perfect snack at any time throughout the day. I am a big lover of candies (who isn’t?), and I love these energy bars even more as they contain zero sugars!

Now that most of us are working from home, it is at times hard to find energy (yeah, I know, although the alarm rings two hours later, it is still a big mess, you with me? 😀 ). The homemade energy bars is a great option for candy lovers and energy seekers! Even more, they are extremely healthy as there are no sugars in it. I ensure you that once you try them, you will never ever stop making them! There are two more things that I love about (and I am sure you will, too!) these energy bars, first…

…Is that I love the fact that I can make these homemade energy bars in just a moment. Second, is that keeping them in a glass container I can still enjoy them after a few days. There is bad news, too. Once in the baking tray, you have to refrigerate them overnight. This makes me cryyyyy! It happens that I need to make some last-minute snack, literally! It is then OK with eating the energy bars in an hour or so of the fridge. However, if you want to get best texture and flavor ever, refrigerating overnight is a must.

The homemade energy bars are best if cut into 2-3cm/1inch cubes, but you can cut them in any shape you like! If you have kids, you can have some fun making them using Christmas cookie cutters! If you have any nice shape in mind, share it with me, let’s have some fun 🙂

Remember to take a picture of your healthy homemade energy bars and let me see the result by tagging me on Instagram @pasta_pesto_pizza. I can’t wait to see it!

Enjoy!
