The Beet Salad with Feta is a super delicious summer dish. You would never find it among the best Italian recipes (this is because Italians are not big fans of beetroot), yet trust me, you will love it! The taste of this salad is amazing: it has both salty and sweet flavors in it. The beet salad with Feta is super refreshing, I trust you will make it quite often during the hottest summer months.

This beet salad with feta recipe is my favorite. Although not among the Italian recipes, it is one of my favorite healthy recipes. One more thing I love about this recipe is the possibility to use your creativity and use even more ingredients, for example, you may prepare some sauce to sprinkle on top. The beet salad with feta is so quick to make: all you have to do is to simply cut the ingredients and put them together. Note that I never mix them together, I will rather put the grated beetroot to the plate and the rest of the ingredients on the top. You may also use your favorite spices! However, I usually use just salt and pepper as I love to keep it simple as it is full of flavors and adding spices may hide them.

  • Put the shredded beet into a plate, feta cheese, walnuts and arugula on top
